Senior Administrative Officer: Human Resources Management
Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate three-year National Diploma /Degree in Human Resource related field. Experience: Appropriate experience in Human Resources (i.e. Salary Administration, Service Conditions, Personnel Management, PERSAL and Recruitment and Selection, Labour relations and training). Appropriate experience in supervision. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence and willingness to drive vast distances.
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Outlook). Ability to function as a team player, with or without supervision. Ability to function in a stressful environment and cope with a heavy workload. Leadership capabilities managerial and organisation skills. Appropriate planning and administration skills.
