Senior Administrative Officer: Support Services (General Administrative Support Services)
Minimum educational qualification: Appropriate three-year National Diploma or Degree. Experience: Appropriate Supervisory experience. Appropriate experience in Administration, Finance, Supply Chain and Contract Management. Appropriate experience in LOGIS and EPS (Electronic Procurement System). Inherent requirement of the job: Will be required to wear a uniform. Valid (Code B/EB) driver's license (manual transmission). Must be able to perform overtime duties. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge in asset management, human resource management and labour relations. Above average Computer and Software literacy. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and in writing. Knowledge of BAS, CSD, SEB and ECM (Electronic Content Management).
DUTIES :
An effective People Management (Support). Effective Finance Management in support of the OFPI. Effective supervision of the SCM, Stores and Assets in support of the OFPI. Effective and efficient Contract Management. Liaison between Service provider, Staff, Contract Manager, Facility Manager and Section Heads.
