Senior Administrator – Operations Support - Midrand at SoluGrowth Pty Ltd

SoluGrowth is looking for Senior Administrator - Operations Support to provide administrative support on processes, system development and audit compliance to internal & external process in order to drive efficiencies across the leasing portfolio.
3 months contract role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To support Senior Specialist with administrative work needed to finalise projects
• To ensure that relevant Property related documentation are uploaded on Sharepoint
• To create and maintain Landlord Vendor details on EVO system and Sharepoint
• To ensure and maintain Landlord Vendor for due diligence screening
• To create and maintain database for automation material
• To ensure that changes in lease agreement details are integrated into the company’s database by liaising with property owners and obtaining the necessary documentation
• To consolidate and assist with preparation of progress reports on governance & system projects.
• To provide administrative support on the development of processes to ensure effective delivery of daily activities 
• To update governance chart and database as of when changes take place within the business unit.
• To update SAP training material as of when changes take place.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant qualification
• Experience in administrative or clerical function within finance or auditing compliance & governance environments
