Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• Related degree in communication/marketing OR a National Diploma in Public Relations from a recognised Tertiary Institution .Membership of PRISA or IABC.

Experience:

• At least 5 years related experience as a communication practitioner under the leadership of an experienced communication manager

Professional Registration:

• The Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) and The International Association of Business Communication (IABC)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop communication, plans and programmes for-strategic internal communication projects e.g. Back2Basics; Internal Safety; More than just Fridays
• Give high-level advice and support to the Chief Executive’s communication interventions e.g. The Top 60, Executive Forum and General Manager’s Forum; employee engagements
• Give strategic communication direction and support to internal communication team and other project teams in executing internal communication projects, plans and interventions.
• Monitor, support, and provide input to the communication activities for the Chairman’s Awards function.
