Your day at NTT DATA

• The Senior Associate Data Centre Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• This role performs configurations, actions installations and attends to break/fix events.
• This role works towards associate to professional level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Installation, break/fix incidents on low to medium level of complexity.
• Support standby on rotation
• Continues training, development and vendor product certification aligned with NTT GTM
• Takes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting during project lifecycle
• Escalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.
• Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes during ops handover
• Compiles and maintains project administration (Time Capture and feedback to stakeholders)
• Expected to take leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice.
• Performs any other related task as required.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Display a strong learning orientation and upskilling, especially during the first 12 months from starting date
• Developing proficiency in following – PURE SAN Array Support, HPE, DELL, Cisco UCS, VMware, Veeam.
• Developing fundamental project and administration ability.
• Developing understanding and appreciation of technical design principles and compute layers.
• Ability to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate a client service orientation.
• Hands-on proactive in approach.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Relevant certifications such as – PURE FASS, HPE Proliant servers, Primera, Alletra, , MSA Storage; Dell PowerEdge servers, PowerStore; VMware, Cisco UCS, Veeam Backup and Recovery.
• Own Vehicle (Non-negotiable).

Required experience:

• High level experience working in DataCentre environments for hardware replacement and standby.
• Moderate level of work experience in a technical L1/L2 Hardware support and implementation
• Moderate level experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
• Professional client conduct interacting with customers
• Existing vendor certification in any of listed technologies with priority of PURE or related SAN Array HW support.
