    Senior Case Manager - Pretoria

    Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry are currently seeking two experienced and highly qualified individuals to join their team as Senior Case Managers. If you are passionate about driving resolution in complaint management, possess leadership skills, and have a strong background in the financial services sector, we want to hear from you.

    Requirements

    • LLB or BCom Degree or equivalent.
    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, of which 5 must have been in a managerial capacity. 
    • Solid background in case management, investigations & complaint resolution.
    • A Certified Financial Planning (CFP) qualification will be an added advantage.
    • An understanding of the financial planning process, a thorough understanding, and appreciation of the legal environment in which the company operates, including a thorough understanding of the FAIS Act, 37 of 2002 and its subordinate legislation.
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft CRM program (or similar) would be an advantage.

    Duties

    • Manage the performance of staff, providing mentorship and support.
    • Collect and interpret statistics, providing reports as required.
    • Identify trends in received complaints.
    • Mediate/conciliate in complex matters and offer guidance to the case management division.
    • Lead investigations into complex cases, providing guidance to the Case Management Division.
    • Conduct legal research.
    • Provide job training, mentorship, and support to ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about complaints resolution, financial services, and associated business processes.
    • Coach, support, and guide the team on all aspects of daily operations within the Case Management environment.
