Job Advert Summary    

• To supervise the canteen staff and to ensure that daily and function meals are prepared in accordance with the set Menu standards.

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum Grade 12/ NQF level 4.
• Recognized cookery course.
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as and when required
• Proven customer service orientation

Primary Duties    

• Supervise and prepare daily meals in accordance with the set Menu standards.
• Ensure that the handling of the equipment is within SHEQ standards.
• Plan and allocate duties to the canteen staff according to daily requirements.
• Ensure good customer relations.
• General administration.
