Senior Clerk: Recruitment and Selection - Riversdale at Hessequa Municipality

Requirements: 

• Grade 12 and a Relevant Certificate (NQF5) Code B driver’s license Computer literate (Word, Excel, E-mail) 
• Good administrative and communication skills Must be able to communicate in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape 
• Two years’ relevant experience, will serve as recommendation.

Duties: 

• Verify criminal records and qualifications 
• Do reference checks 
• Compile longlists of applicants 
• Compile advertisements 
• Maintain an electronic filing system 
• Handle enquiries 
• Contact candidates for interviews 
• Confirm venues 
• Load requisitions 
• Compile interview packs and correspondence 
• Facilitate interviews 
• Perform administrative duties.
