Senior Consultant for SAP Integration at SAP

Your role involves delivery of technical and application services within customer engagements. You need very good SAP Integration skills and capabilities, and you are a decent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
• Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
• Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
• Analyze interfaces between SAP and non SAP systems based on SAP Integration Technology incl. Cloud Solutions
• Design and Implement Integration Solutions based on SAP PI/PO and/or SCPI
• Moderation of Planning and Design Thinking Workshops for Integration based on State of the art Software and Technology
   

Mandatory Skills

• At least 5 years of SAP Integration Technology design and implementation experience or support experience
• 3+ years experience with SAP PI/PO , BPM, ALE/IDOC, RFC, WebServices and/or SAP Cloud Platform Integration
• University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
• Experience in performance analysis
• Experience with Integration into at least one SAP Cloud Solution like ARIBA, SuccessFactors/HCM
• Programming skills in at least one language e.g. (ABAP, JAVA, C, C++, SQL or similar)
• Ability to design and implement complex integration scenarios involving OnPremise and Cloud components
• Knowledge in the area of SAP landscape planning (complex SAP System Landscape, SLD Topology, Change and Software logistics Management)
• Familiar with Java troubleshooting like thread and heap dump analysis. Preferably experience in the usage of Solution Manager Diagnostic and Wily Introscope.
• Experienced in SAP Performance/Workload analysis, memory configuration, operations system and DB/SQL performance
• Able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines
• Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
• Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
• Willingness and ability to travel to customers
