Duties: 

• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery for all clients both internal and external 
• Responsible for translating brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts and ideas 
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects 
• Managing the design team and the design workflow 
• Upskilling, guiding, coaching Junior to Mid-level designers 
• Liaising with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met 
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools 
• Designing and working on larger scale design projects e.g Brand Guideline Documents, Billboard Design, Website Design Front End, Corporate Stationery, Emailer Templates, Infographics, Logo Design, Brochure Design etc. 
• Handling monthly reports and timesheets 
• Attending scheduled status meetings on a weekly basis 
• Print and production management 
• Working, collaborating and communicating with external departments and suppliers to extend concepts and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material 
• Attending and directing occasional photoshoots 
• Managing briefs within CRM Microsoft 365 Dynamics 

Key Requirements: 

• BA Degree, Diploma or any related Graphic Design Higher Certificate qualification is required 
• 5-7 years work experience is required. Work experience related to Senior graphic design or Head of Department Roles 
• Experience working with luxury or high-end clients preferred 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence to present and engage in client conversations and presentations 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines timeously and under pressure while collaborating with a team 
• Managerial experience and skills to oversee a team of 2 – 3 people  
• A willingness to collaborate creatively and take creative direction 
• Reliable work ethic: motivated, self-disciplined and consistent in seeing projects through 
• Strong creative, organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills 
• Fine eye and attention to detail 
• Must be able to multi task and take the lead on most projects 
• Must be proficient in Mac OS 
• Adobe Suite knowledge is required, mostly, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe InDesign CC  
• Microsoft Office is a requirement to operate daily tasks e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
