Purpose of the Position
A Senior Specialist to join the Customer Management team within Customer Value Management portfolio. This is a small, high-impact team that partners with the cross functional teams and department heads to shape our growth and offers strategy, and to translate that strategy into results. The role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Customer Management.
As part of the Customer Management team, you will contribute to the growth aspirations of our business by owning and driving business case development for subscription growth offers and campaigns; presenting these findings and recommendations to business leaders; and monitoring the performance of these campaigns, proposing ways to optimize these campaigns where necessary.
