Senior HR Officer at Hire Resolve

Description:

• Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to join their mining company based in North-West. You will be responsible for managing the HR generalist function to ensure effective people management, compliance and organisational support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full HR generalist function, ensuring effective HR service delivery.
• Provide guidance to line management on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies.
• Coordinate performance management, training and development initiatives.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and support employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree (NQF Level 7) in HR Management or equivalent
• 7-10 years' experience as a Senior HR Officer
• 5-7 years' experience working in a mining environment
• Valid Driver's License
