Senior IT Auditor at Network Recruitment

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive IT audits independently or in a team setting, adhering to audit plans and timelines.
• Evaluate IT infrastructure, systems development processes, and information security protocols.
• Assess risks related to data integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and communicate audit findings, technical issues, and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement audit recommendations and improve control environments.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices to enhance audit methodologies.
• Participate in special projects and provide technical expertise as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. CISA, CISSP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 4 – 8 years' experience in IT auditing, with 2 years' experience in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO).
• Proficiency in conducting technical assessments of networks, databases, and applications.
• Experience with audit tools and techniques for IT audits.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
