Senior Java Developer (full stack) at Super Group

PREREQUISITES:

Regrettably, only candidates meeting the following prerequisites will be considered:

• Proven experience with SQL databases (preferably with MySQL and MS SQL). NoSQL experience is a plus) and specifically also with MongoDB and Firebase.
• Experience with object-oriented design patterns (as applied to Java)
• Expertise with Git, Maven, Eclipse, JIRA or IntelliJ
• Experience developing unit tests (preferably with Mockito)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• As a Senior Java Developer at Super Group IT Services, you will be required to support Junior and Intermediate Developers with application development while assisting team leads in overseeing the testing & implementation team’s core tasks.
• You need to provide extensive guidance and support to junior members of the team while reporting to team leads and the development manager on software development projects.
• You will participate constructively and meaningfully in software incident management processes applicable to the Java development team and its software products.
• Write code and undertake code reviews, taking full ownership/custodianship of software development projects and deployments.
