Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design and develop robust and scalable Java Spring Boot applications tailored for the banking domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features related to financial transactions, security, and compliance.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data within the applications.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance, leveraging banking domain expertise.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to design and implement secure and compliant financial applications.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Implement and maintain features that adhere to industry-specific compliance standards.

Integration:

• Integrate with banking APIs, third-party financial systems, and payment gateways.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with core banking systems.

Code Review:

• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices for secure and efficient financial software development.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with banking product owners, compliance officers, and risk management teams to understand and implement financial requirements.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Java development, with a focus on the Spring Boot framework.
• In-depth knowledge of financial systems, banking protocols, and payment processing.
• Familiarity with security standards such as PCI DSS and data encryption methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot development within the banking or financial industry.
