Key Responsibilities:

Senior Leadership:

• Assist the Business Unit Leader in growing a successful business unit aligned with the business plan.
• Drive innovation through problem-solving and strategic actions.
• Design and communicate a strategy aligned with strategic objectives.
• Encourage team initiative and challenge decisions when necessary.
• Coach and mentor individuals for career growth.
• Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for people, projects, and business.
• Assist with managing budgets and finances for multiple projects.

Sales and Solutioning:

• Demonstrate strong sales ability and develop client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Business Unit Leader on the sales strategy for the business unit.
• Be able to introduce innovative sales and account management tools.
• Analyze trends, competitor behaviour, and potential opportunities.
• Assist with formulating business proposals according to customer needs.

Client:

• Ensure client satisfaction through effective team and project management.
• Be able to establish networks with influential client executives and industry leaders.

 Delivery:

• Constantly work towards improving solutions and processes.
• Assist the Business Unit Leader with designing new service offerings.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage project execution.
• Maintain project performance levels to achieve business unit objectives.

Education:

• Matric
• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science, or Engineering (advantageous)
• Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified in SAFe, Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer - Advantageous
