Job Description
To plan, lead and drive the design and development of learning solutions, including learning experiences and curriculum development, for the Ucademy clients and learners.
To plan, lead and drive the delivery of learning solutions using digital platforms (eg Moodle) and to ensure that the digital learning tool stack for Ucademy is managed and up to date with fit for purpose design and delivery requirements.
To plan, lead and drive brand design and brand guidelines with a focus on primarily the Ucademy brand management and implementation of the brand across learning programmes and solutions, the Ucademy website and other brand tools and collateral.
Indepth knowledge of learning strategies — Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
In depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Curriculum design (DACUM Framework Design and Development)
In depth knowledge of e-learning software tool (Articulate Storyline 360), as well as learning management software such as Moodle
Competence in using Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Systems Analysis — Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
Management of Material Resources — Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work
Qualifications
Matric / Relevant qualification in training
Additional Information
3+ years of experience delivering multiple cross functional projects
Experience with successful project management methodologies, tools and techniques
Background working in an agile development environment
Experience with learning technologies, including familiarity with common learning platforms (LMS, LXP)
Full end-to-end learning design life cycle experience, from concept to development to implementation and support
Interest in continuously building personal knowledge of learning, talent and HR technologies
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness.
Experience in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Experience with managing a team across learning design, graphic design, development and learning technology management
Excellent knowledge of learning theories, assessment theories and instructional design models, as well learning technologies.
