Senior Manager: Programme Delivery at BroadReach

The purpose of this role is to facilitate, coordinate and support the delivery of specific projects and support the Districts on achieving the 95-95-95 goals. This role reports to the Deputy Chief of Party and supports with coordination, facilitation and monitoring of all projects and deliverables to the donor, coordinating and ensuring the quality of technical deliveries within programs. The Senior Manager Programme Delivery works closely with all functional units of the organization, including Technical Services, Corporate Services, Legal & Grants, Strategic Information, BroadReach Consulting and Business Development ensuring that programmatic deliverables are achieved on time, in scope and within budget.

Key Accountabilities (included but not limited to)

In your role as Senior Manager Programme Delivery you will be required to deliver on the below deliverables:

• Support the coordination and monitoring of remediation and scale up plans for USAID
• Collate and prepare reports as required or on the request of DCOP
• Technical oversight, coordination, collation and tracking of all adhoc reporting within Programmes as required
• Internal Liaison within different units internally on behalf of DCOP
• Support establishment relationship with external stakeholders (as per business need)
• Supporting the Operational Management of Programmes: this may include but is not limited to
• Support Staff Performance management
• Supporting and coordinating the start-up of new programmes such as DREAMS
• Facility File Manager Management project by providing support to the Project Manager and Senior Manager Programme Delivery to continue implementation
• Liaise and Support to the Client Success team with coordination of all provincial activities related Vantage

Qualifications
Essential qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or MBCHB

Desirable Qualifications

• Advanced (i.e. Masters) Degree in Public Health, International Development or related field

Experience & Skills

• >10 years diverse experiences in with the development sector, with some demonstrated experience within the leadership function of donor programs
• Experience working across multiple geographies, and associated business cultures
• Exposure and active contribution to high profile meetings with senior stakeholders in public and private sector institutions
• Ability to influence decision making at all levels internally and externally
