    Senior Manager, Sales Talent & Engagement

    Role Purpose:  

    • The Senior Manager will be part of the Global Sales Strategy & Insights (SS&I) team, reporting into the Sales Talent and Engagement leader. This role will act as a senior manager on the team, responsible for Sales Communications and internal processes and budgets. They will liaise with the global Marketing and Finance functions to further SS&I priorities and will play a critical role in the planning an execution of the company’s global sales kickoff. Additional responsibilities include budgetary management and directing internal meetings, such as the SS&I all-hands.
    • The ideal candidate has direct experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations functions. They are a balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution and are able to accomplish great things through influence.
    • Preferred locations: Bengaluru (Bangalore), Noida – open to others in proximity to NTT DATA locations

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own global sales communication strategies and plans and drive execution through team and regional/practice counterparts
    • Demonstrate personal accountability by building ownership for key initiatives
    • Serve as liaison/representative to the Finance and Marketing organizations
    • Partner with extended regional and practice counterparts to shape and deliver the Sales Talent and Engagement agenda
    • Manage the budget for all SS&I centers of excellence
    • Partner with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to deliver the annual Global Sales Kickoff
    • Actively drive agendas, content, and presenters for internal meetings, such as the SS&I All-hands
    • Support leadership with developing sales talent strategies, including shaping the Sales Culture within the company, and refining our SS&I operating model

    Knowledge & Attributes

    • Advanced knowledge and understanding of working within a matrixed global organization
    • Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
    • Excellent ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
    • Advanced ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.
    • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.

    Academic Qualifications & Certifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • PMI Project Management Professional or recognized equivalent qualification is preferred, not required

    Required Experience

    • 7+ years’ experience handling and resolving complex multi-functional issues
    • 5+ years of people management or team leadership
    • 3+ years of budgetary management experience
    • Open to minimal travel to support events
    • Open to working flexible hours as team is globally diverse
    • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or as a seller is preferred
