    Senior Manager Service Management

    What you'll do

    • You will report to the Executive Director Managed Services and will will be responsible for client management and governance of Service Management customers.
    • You will be the accountable CSG Global Service Management client(s) operational contact, working in partnership with the CSG Sales and Account team, your own management team, other CSG competency-based functions
    • You will work with the relevant managers for project staffing and resource management. Deliver input on policies, programs, staffing organizational design, strategy, and budget planning for Global Service Management senior management.
    • You will manage client engagement(s) and relationships while providing overall leadership to your team.
    • You will plan either client specific or broader service oriented programs and monitoring overall progress at regular intervals to senior and executive level partners, resolving issues and initiating corrective action following the governance arrangements.
    • You will manage the development of solutions to complex billing problems and works with system analysts to integrate these solutions with the existing systems.

    You should have

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 10 years of progressive operations or support or program management experience managing a work-stream within a large implementation/software transformation or operations outsourcing programs.
    • Minimum 5 years people management experience in a global environment or role.
    • Experienced in working with Systems Integrators and multiple vendors essential.
    • Program Management and ITIL accreditation will be an advantage.
    • Project Management and PMP certification will be an advantage.
    • Travel to customer or CSG sites will be required
