Key Performance Areas

• Provide administrative support and ensure correct implementation of the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS).
• Administer and maintain PMDS database.
• Provide Performance Management and Development System advice and guidance.
• Supervise resources (human, finance, equipment/ assets.

Prerequisites

• NQF level 6 qualification as recognized by SAQA.
• A qualification/s in Human Resource Management/ Development/ Public Management/ Public Administration/ Management of Training will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Performance Management and Development environment or related field.
• A valid driver’s license except for people with disabilities

• Knowledge: Human Resource Management. Basic conditions of Employment. Performance Management System (PMS).
• Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Act (PSA).
• Performance Management Development System (PMDS). Time Management skills. Presentation skills.
• Planning and Organizing skills. Communication skills. Computer Literate (i.e. MS Word, Excel and / or PowerPoint). Project Management.
