Key Performance Areas
Responsible for the overall management of assigned projects throughout the design, initial research and investigation to ensure projects are completed on budget and time.
Evaluating bids as well as drafting and submission of reports to the Supply Chain Management Bid Adjudication Committee.
Facilitating the ad-hoc, unscheduled and/or emergency provision/hiring of specialized equipment and plant to UWM branches.
Establish and facilitate internal arrangements with Corporate Plant/Vehicle Hire Section and Supply Chain with regards to external hiring on Corporate Tender
Liaising/consulting with internal customers and external vendors.
Monitoring operational risk and institute remedial action
Coordinating and controlling specific finance related functions associated with Capital and Operating Expenditure.
Managing plant fleet replacement programs in accordance with departmental long term policy and strategies.
Manages specific activities supplementary to Plant administrative functions
