Senior Programme Manager at Foolproof

We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager. This role would suit someone who has experience leading large digital projects and programmes, as well as shaping and realising new opportunities. You’ll most likely come from a digital agency, consultancy or industry and have a strong interest in experience design and technology, and a solid understanding of platform delivery and team management.

Key skills:

• Understand overall business objectives and delivery requirements of complex multi-stream projects and translate them into an overall project / programme structure and roadmap
• Give a consolidated view of all projects/programmes of work with expert ability to communicate and manage effectively with C-level executives and project teams
• Identify the optimal programme delivery methods and frameworks whilst being flexible to adapt these to the specifics of each given project
• Shape and develop programme governance models, engagement models, and delivery frameworks supporting distributed teams and varying degrees of agility
• Support the hiring, mentoring, and coaching of present and future members of the programme or the project.
• Having had experience within Healthcare and Insurance industries would be desirable, but not essential.
• App development and management experience also considered beneficial

The role:

You will be working with one of our key clients, owning several workstreams that form part of their over digital transformation programme

• In this role you will need to articulate a programme's strategy and objectives, and assesses how it will impact the business, through owning the scoping, planning, and developing of timelines and budget estimates.
• You will have broad experience in managing and reporting project financials, including use of project contingencies, identifying the level of risks, surfacing issues, managing stakeholder expectations
