What will you do: 

The chosen candidate will work closely with a Programme Manager to successfully deliver on our business sustainability and circular economy incubation programme(s), from programme inception, execution to monitoring and evaluation.

They will coordinate the implementation of programme activities, manage two-way communications with entrepreneurs and the team and ensure client satisfaction across all programme interventions.

They will engage with entrepreneurs to build relationships; use technology and innovation to problem solve and continuously improve the delivery of the programme. Managing relationships with external service providers regarding quality standards.

 Requirements

• At least a University Degree in Sustainability or similar
• At least 2+ years of working experience as a project coordinator role that required coordinating activities to achieve project goals.
• Some working experience in the sustainability/circular/green economy space.
• Project management skills and tools – proficiency and experience with task tracking, scheduling, and execution (e.g. Zoho Projects or similar)
• Data Analysis - ability to analyse performance data and metrics and ensure accuracy.
• Reporting and documentation – ability to create detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
• Budgeting – basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting(advantageous)
• Strategic planning – Contribute ideas to strategic planning process and help to define objectives (advantageous)
• Risk Management – able to identify potential risks and assist in developing contingency plans (advantageous).
• Tech Savvy - comfort with technology, digital platforms – including CRM systems and AI (advantageous)
