Minimum of 8 years’ relevant hands-on experience in the Built Environment with a successful proven track record with at least 2 years’ experience working on-site in the implementation of projects, including public engagement in communities.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Built Environment and Project Management functions.
MS Project and Excel proficient
Ability to operate independently at a highly proficient level
A valid Code B driver’s licence and own transport
SAICE or ECSA registration advantageous
Key Performance Areas
Managing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of complex high risk capital infrastructure investment within the MFMA environment.
Provide project management services, including the fast track and rollout of transport related building projects and project deliverables.
Coordinate and manage multi-dimensional project components, including budget control, to achieve tight delivery timeframes on projects which have both national and international investment profiles.
Coordinate and manage all project elements of planning, execution and control, interaction with internal and external stakeholders and the management of project financials.
Comply with legislative, administrative and reporting requirements
