Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and team leadership for the section.
• Execute facilities maintenance within a region.
• Provide financial control and governance for the section.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Provide project control.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s): 

• Diploma in Engineering/Construction Management/Facilities Management at NQF6 with 240 credits

Experience:

• 3 years. Experience in building maintenance, project coordination and contracts management.
