Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group has a vacancy for Service Technician. A suitable candidate must have experience in office services or similar industry. This role is responsible for servicing washroom equipments. Including the cleaning/wiping of washroom equipment on customer sites.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a Service Technician or similar role
Experience in the office service environment will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
Servicing of all washroom equipment (including sanitary bins) including the cleaning/wiping of washroom equipment on customer sites.
Deep cleaning of ablution and kitchen facilities or any other facility that may be required.
Service according to the specified deep cleaning procedure and conduct services according to the Basic Principles of Cleaning and HACCP whilst taking note of any client specifications as well.
Ensure that all customers' services allocated for the day and the month are completed on time, effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that all service stock that was not used during the service is returned to the Servest on site office and reported to the controller on the relevant WhatsApp group.
Ensure that all documentation e.g., service records and service advises are completed correctly and that the client signs proof of delivery on the service tablet.
Pay prompt attention to customer complaints and resolve efficiently and timeously.
Report all servicing, equipment, customer or site problems in writing, on the relevant WhatsApp group.
