Responsibilities :

• Perform NERSA Annual reporting requirements and maintain the terminals NERSA Allocation Mechanisms.
• Steward LPS reporting for the BU including coordinating NLI review meetings.
• Liaison between SHEQ and Logistics
• Timeous deployment of SHEQ processes
• Maintain SHEQ Management Document System for the BU
• Perform SHEQ Assessments as per schedule
• SHEQ Internal and External audit coordination including action plans tracked to closure
• Maintain BU specific SHEQ standards to requirements
• Track and coordinate MOC and Compliance Assurance Actions
• Maintain the Safe Guard Verification system and track performance to requirements
• Coordinate and track all MSW High Risk Work reviews
• Responsible for uploads of all audit actions to Isometrix for internal and external audits
• Coordinate and track all waivers to standards for the BU
• Coordinate and track all Emergency Management requirements for terminals
• Update the BU Incident database with all incident notifications for scorecard reporting
• Coordinate and track all Licences and Permits information in Isometrix
• Timeous SHEQ Performance reporting and scorecard reporting

Professional Qualification and Certifications:

• Tertiary Qualification (Bachelors or National Diploma) in a Technical Area/SHEQ field

Work Experience:

• Operational experience (3 years minimum), preferably petroleum industry.

Knowledge and skills:

• Technical skills – terminal operations experience (advantageous);
• Project/Program management experience;
• Strong influencing and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point;
• ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards knowledge.
