Shift Supervisor at Phakisa Group

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• To ensure the effective recruitment, daily operation, and on-site management of staff in accordance with customer requirements, company policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining compliance, accurate administration, and professional service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit TES labour as required
• Ensure medical exams and renewals
• Conduct disciplinary hearings
• Verify timesheets accuracy
• Adhere to compliance focal points
• Inspect PPE store
• Maintain office environment
• Uphold professional conduct

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer literacy
• 1 year TES experience
• Working knowledge of relevant laws
• Exposure to logistics
• Strong administration skills
• Driver's license
• Matric advantageous
