Duties & Responsibilities
- Administration
- Typing of routine letters and Memorandums
- Control and maintenance over clocking devices
- Requisition of stationary
- Dispose, destroying of all obsolete documentation
- Arrange Site Induction for visitors
Skills and Competencies
- End-User Computing (MS Office Suit)
- Security Operational Processes
- Health and Safety legislation
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Computer Literacy
- Change Leadership
- Attention to detail
- Delivering objectives
- Delivering strategy
- Organizational alertness
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- A Valid Grade A Psira Certificate
- Computer Literate / Certificate
- Office Administration Certificate
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Office Administration in the Security Industry
