About the Role

• We are seeking a Site Manager with expertise in estate management, who holds a PSIRA Grade A certification. This role focuses on overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards, and enhancing the overall management of commercial or residential estates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the estate, ensuring all activities align with regulatory and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Manage a team of security staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of service.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, clients, and property management teams.
• Monitor security systems and protocols, ensuring they are up to date and effective against potential threats.
• Create and manage site budgets, ensuring all expenditures are accounted for and within budget constraints.
• Report on site performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management regularly.

Requirements

• Proven track record in site management or estate management roles.
• Valid PSIRA Grade A certification is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in security operations, risk management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using management software and tools relevant to property and estate management.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in property management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in working with commercial real estate or residential estates.
• Additional industry certifications in security management or property management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to estate management.
