We are seeking a Site Manager with expertise in estate management, who holds a PSIRA Grade A certification. This role focuses on overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards, and enhancing the overall management of commercial or residential estates.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the estate, ensuring all activities align with regulatory and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
Manage a team of security staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high levels of service.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, clients, and property management teams.
Monitor security systems and protocols, ensuring they are up to date and effective against potential threats.
Create and manage site budgets, ensuring all expenditures are accounted for and within budget constraints.
Report on site performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management regularly.
Requirements
Proven track record in site management or estate management roles.
Valid PSIRA Grade A certification is essential.
Demonstrable experience in security operations, risk management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in using management software and tools relevant to property and estate management.
Preferred Qualifications
A degree or diploma in property management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in working with commercial real estate or residential estates.
Additional industry certifications in security management or property management.
