    Solution Services Consultant

    • The Solution Consultant will assist in growing and supporting Hilti Tool Services with a specific focus on ON!Track - our fleet management solution.
    • The Solution Services Consultant will be the product and process expert for our Fleet/Tool Park Management and ON!Track Asset Management services. They will be responsible for driving and increasing sales for these services.

     

    What does the role involve?

    • Your role will require you to train Sales teams & Account Managers on ON!Track and Fleet Management solution. You will also collaborate with Area Sales Manager and Account Managers to build ON!Track and Fleet Management pipeline in their territory.
    • You will lead customer acquisition, solution-implementation and customer retention efforts and play the role of product expert and process consultant by supporting in management meetings, performing the onsite analysis and coordinating the implementation of ON!Track/Fleet Management.
    • Generate software, hardware, and service revenue contracts, Onsite Analysis, Implementation and training , while increasing sales and penetration of ON!Track and Fleet Management through coordinating with the sales team and leveraging existing client relationships.
    • Support the efforts of the Sales teams , Account Managers, marketing team, and back office functions with the objective of improving market reach of ON!Track /Fleet Management. Spearhead and partner with the sales team to take them through the entire ON!Track / Fleet Management solution Support in management meeting, onsite analysis, final presentation of solution.

    What you need is :

    • Completed tertiary level qualification is preferred ( Degree or Advanced diploma )
    • Minimum 3 years consultative or solution-based technical selling experience
    • Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to the client's individual needs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment i.e Marketing teams, Sales teams etc
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational skills
    • Strong interest in software and highly profffiecient in Microsoft office suite
    • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
    • Entrepreneurship disposition with excellent presentation skills
    • Willingness to travel for extended periods of time - as required
