Specialist: Strategy Monitoring and Evaluation at Six Senses

Main Objectives  

To monitor, analyse and report on the implementation and outcomes/results of the companys strategy with particular emphasis on the impact of the Bank’s development strategy.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• B Degree in Commerce, Finance or Business related field or environmental risk and management
• Industry relevant training, for example courses in:
• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Corporate Strategy
• Integrated Reporting
• Agriculture or environmental management
• Developing and refining data collection tools
• Conducting and managing surveys
• Designing and conducting training
• 5 years experience in the monitoring and evaluation space preferably within a Development Finance Intuition of similar;
• 5 years experience in the corporate strategy planning and reporting environment
• 5 years experience in statistical analysis software like SPSS and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
