    Specialist: Talent Sourcing (Sandton)

    Description    

    The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be accountable for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to align with the organization's strategic objectives. This position will be crucial in executing effective sourcing strategies, cultivating a robust talent pipeline, and strengthening the overall success of our recruitment efforts. The talent sourcing specialist will Leverage a variety of tools, methodologies, and techniques to source candidates, they will be responsible for crafting compelling job advertisements, and fostering candidate connections to ensure a resilient talent pipeline for the organization.

    Education
     Essential

    • Matric Certificate or Equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management

    Preferred

    •  Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

     Experience
     Essential

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience as Talent Sourcer
    • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
    • Knowledge of using applicant tracking system

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Contribute to the development of innovative sourcing strategies aimed at establishing a diverse talent pool to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    • Continuously refining the sourcing strategies to deliver exceptional results.
    • Proactively source high-quality candidates for diverse roles efficiently and within specified deadlines.
    • Transform our sourcing efforts by leveraging advanced search techniques across various platforms to consistently identify top-tier candidates and passive talent.
    • Ensure a rigorous pre-screening and engagement process with candidates to present the most qualified individuals to stakeholders.
    • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and acquiring candidates for vacant positions.
    • Assist when required with coordinating and scheduling of interviews.
    • Regularly explore diverse sourcing platforms and methodologies to cultivate talent pools.
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive candidate database.
    • Conduct research on job market trends, industry insights, and competitor practices to inform sourcing strategies.
    • Adherence to talent acquisition policy and all applicable policies
    • Align sourcing strategy with the company equity plans and targets.
    • Ensure compliance with legalisation i.e. POPIA
    • Building relationship and rapport with candidates and maintaining relationships,
    • Effectively convey the value proposition of job opportunities to candidates
    • Upholding excellent candidate experience through effective response handling and timeous candidate feedback.
    • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers and Talent acquisition specialist to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality.
