Duties and Responsibilities    

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging customers warmly, identifying their needs, and providing expert advice.
• Manage client relationships by sourcing new customers and maintaining an existing base to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve sales and unit targets through effective selling techniques, offering suitable product alternatives and solutions.
• Ensure effective stock management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with timely product launches, stock rotation, and reporting stock movement.
• Maintain operational excellence by keeping the sales floor and back areas hygienic, safe, organized, and aligned with company standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers accurately and elevate their shopping experience.
• Minimize shrinkage by adhering to security protocols, reporting suspicious activities, and enforcing a buddy system.
• Exhibit personal leadership by adhering to attendance, dress code, and timekeeping policies, while actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
