Job Description

• Knowledge of stock receiving, rotation and issuing
• Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• All items issued from the Store must be recorded in the file and checked daily.
• Clear daily production from factory floor.
• Clear daily production from factory floor.
• Value chain knowledge is imperative.
• Store management
• Strategy development and communication
• Continues improvement of stores
• Adhere to the Health and Safety requirements of Stores.
• FSSC / Food Safety of all Raw Materials
• Month End Stock Take
• Accountability

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in stock control

Knowledge of Raw Material for Bread Production

Key Outputs

• Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster.

• Required to work overtime and unusual working hours 6-day worker (weekends and public holidays)
