    Strategic Enablement Manager

    Purpose

    The purpose of the role is to drive the development and enablement of business strategy with a key focus on prioritized strategic objectives and enhancing the value of the service offerings to clients. To drive sustainable financial growth through revenue generating projects and forging strong relationships by building long-term relationships with new and existing clients. 

     

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Enablement

    • Drive prioritised strategic objectives which are aligned to the Astute services and contribute to the growth of new business
    • Drive revenue and sales targets aligned with special projects and objectives
    • Facilitate strategic engagements with potential stakeholders where necessary
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of a customer centric strategy in line with future customer needs and requirements to drive customer centricity
    • Contribute to the development, implementation and management of effective and efficient business process optimisation strategies that ensure that all stakeholders are serviced efficiently and effectively.
    • Support the Customer Relationship Managers with the enablement and engagements from special projects.
    • Develop tactical plans for the execution of strategic objectives and special projects in area
    • Articulate and enhance value propositions

     

    Market and Trend Analysis

    • Identify correct audience for current and new strategic initiatives
    • Identify new opportunities, markets and needs aligned with the strategic objectives
    • Identify industry developments that may impact on current markets and products
    • Monitor trends in current customer markets and establish customer requirements in early development stages

     

    Develop governance controls to effectively manage risks and potential returns.

    • Identify and report on potential risks to current strategy, markets and/or environments
    • Identify potential competitor markets
    • Operate within agreed mandates.

     

    Maintain practices in line with organisational guidelines, policies, culture and values

    • Ensure service practices and standards (SLA’s) adhered to
    • Develop and encourage strong team work
    • Manage areas of critical compliance and actively manage non-conformance
    • Continually contribute to product knowledge of the team and other functional areas
    • Actively live the Organization Culture and values
    • Actively participate in own professional development and career path.

     

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is advantageous
    • Certified Financial Planner
    • Business Planning
    • Product Knowledge
    • Business Development
    • Market/Industry Knowledge
    • Financial Services Industry Experience
