Minimum Requirements    

•  Matric 
•  Tertiary education not a mandatory requirement but will advantageous
•  At least 4- 5 years experience in the hydraulic or associated industries 
•  Working knowledge in the servicing and commissioning of hydraulic systems
•  Good timekeeping and dedication to the team 
•  Attention to detail 
•  Good communication and people skills 
•  Willing to work overtime and assist with other general stores function 
•  Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
•  Must be an out of the box thinker, always showing initiative

Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Manage the daily primary responsibility of service resources.
•  Service and expanding our existing customer base.
•  Supervise the Service Department and achieve sales targets.
•  Site evaluations of Service Technicians.
•  Identify training requirements of Service Technicians. 
•  Ability to negotiate at Senior Levels with a view to promoting service contracts and system upgrades.
•  Maintaining up to date knowledge of our hydraulic product range.
•  Manage and motivate team members to deliver quality service in accordance with contractual requirements.
•  Initiating, planning and executing of service jobs and shutdowns.
•  Ability to perform on site fault finding on hydraulic systems and equipment.
•  Able to travel extensively.
•  Adhere to safety requirements.
