We are looking for a result-driven and analytical Supply Chain Manager to assist in the set up of supply chain function in the organization. Deliver a cost efficient network that provides exceptional service levels to both our internal and external customers. This role partners closely with 3PL providers to ensure that optimal performance is achieved and will be integral to developing and implementing standardized ways of working throughout the Logistics network to leverage scale and drive efficiencies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assist to set up the supply chain function and putting processes in place
• Implement a governance framework over 3PL’s ensuring delivery of service level expectations via KPI Management
• Take a lead role in network reviews and RFQ’s to ensure the implementation of an optimal logistics network.
• Drive and lead the development of a continuous improvement culture ensuring delivery of year on year savings and service level enhancements.
• Development and implementation of efficient standardized processes and procedures throughout the network.
• Development and motivation of team to ensure the highest levels of customer service and adherence to standards.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar qualifications
• Experienced in supply chain function set up is an added advantage
• End- to -End Supply Chain mindset with excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management exposure.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks with the highest attention to detail
• Energetic and motivated; a self-starter and a demonstrated team leader
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to interact with all levels
