    Description

    • Assess, examine and diagnose patient’s clinical conditions and triage.

    Clerk - Dr Kenneth Kaunda

    Description

    Right To Care is looking for a suitable qualified clerk to be part of its operations in Northwest (DR Kenneth Kaunda District).

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Capture and scan all consent and follow-up forms from Right to Care-supported VMMC sites onto various systems. 
    • All original documents must be submitted to the District Office within seven days after completion of the circumcision.
    • Record all consent forms onto VMMC registers.
    • Submit / escalate daily error reports to the relevant programme staff.
    • Capture VMMC-related data.
    • Manage VMMC booking registers.
    • Ensure that all informed consent forms have been properly signed by clients or their parents / guardians before filing a client file.
    • Ensure data accuracy by identifying data quality errors and communicate these to the relevant stakeholders.
    • Verify the completeness of the consent-, follow-up forms and patient registers.
    • Verify the completeness and accuracy of information captured against the source document. 
    • This verification must include both Right to Care and Department of Health data systems.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Assist to align demand creation and clinical efforts to ensure collaboration in working towards targets.
