Your responsibilities

• Providing a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively
• Performing tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and making suggestions for improvement
• Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reporting any shortcomings and areas for improvement
• Understanding company policies and procedures

Your background

• Matric, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, and computer knowledge
• Analytical thinker with communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Fluency in the English language is mandatory.
