    Support Specialist

    We are looking for a human to design, implement and support technology solutions in our client's businesses in alignment with the Solid way.

    What will you be doing?

    • Provide technical support to clients ensuring IT support queries are resolved within SLA
    • Design IT solutions for customers from existing templates and solutions sets.
    • Implement digital transformation technologies across all clients and projects.
    • Drive the cultural change in our client’s business by driving the adoption of the technology solutions implemented.
