    Syspro Support Administrator/Consultant - Sandton

    To qualify, you'll need:

    • Relevant tertiary (or studying towards) qualification advantageous (B.Comm, Informatics, IT, Business Analysis)
    • Experience with the Syspro ERP technologies on an administrative/support level
    • Experience with SQL database structures and SQL queries
    • Decent understanding of accounting and the financial models of Syspro
    • High attention to detail required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication/ interpersonal skills
    • Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Excel advantageous
    • Able to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    • With your eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, third-party application support, and system development teams to resolve any integration or network issues as needed. You will also maintain and update business processes that are implemented in Syspro, ensuring that the system is always ready and functional.
    • As part of a dynamic and highly motivated team, you will have the opportunity to grow your skill set on new technologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will find a balance between maintenance, support, innovation, and process improvement, making effective time management and prioritization your top priority.
