• enhance customer experience so that they are encouraged to play and return 
• resolve conflict among staff and customers 
• implement and ensure compliance with table security efficiencies 
• maintain effective systems and gaming at the tables 
• generate reports from the gaming systems as required 
• implement training programmes for staff 
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately. 
• stay abreast of changes and practices on an ongoing basis 
• maximise opportunities for profit. 

If you have these qualifications, join our team: 

• Matric, verbal and written English Skills (NQF4), numeracy skills (NQF 4), RPL, demonstrated leadership skills and at least four years’ experience as a Tables Pit Manager.
