Duties & Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and lead the interview process, manage assessments, and conduct reference checks.
• Create and post job listings on various platforms, including company careers page, job boards, and industry-specific sites.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and advertisements that attract top talent.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling diverse positions.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview methodologies.
