    Talent Acquisition Technology Officer

    Job Description:

    The purpose of this role is to support the Talent Acquisition systems, associated processes and stakeholders. To support in the implementation of ServiceNow Onboarding, to deliver a best in breed onboarding experience for new joiners to the Anglo American group. Bring best practice thinking to the ongoing improvement and utilization of these solutions, processes and frameworks.

    • Support in the development of Talent Acquisition technologies on key projects and changes.
    • Support in the creation of all system related assets such as, training documentation, systems specifications, and system process maps.
    • Facilitate external contractors, subject matter experts and HR to ensure the successful implementation of our Talent Acquisition and onboarding technology solutions.
    • Look for opportunities to deliver solutions that are both sustainable and that have a positive impact on our people, host communities and candidates.     
    • Participate in relevant safety events, audits, inspections and observations, and address issues as part of demonstrating safety leadership.     
    • Contribute to the broader business by working with others in such a way that it optimises the overall business results, rather than just your team’s.

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline – HR/ Information Technology

    Technical Knowledge

    • Track record of contributing to successful implementation, administration and support of Talent Acquisition/Onboarding and other HR systems and processes. (Preferably Smart Recruiters and/or ServiceNow).
    • Understanding of Application tracking systems integration capabilities both from a process and systems perspective.
    • Understanding of business improvement principles to drive ongoing improvement in system process and configuration
    • Track record of interfacing with key stakeholders and colleagues
    • Competent skill of Microsoft PowerAutomate and/or other PowerApp’s
    • Advanced in the use of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project & Excel)
