    Talent and Resourcing Specialist ( 3 months contract )

    About Us    

    Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a Talent and Resourcing Specialist who will be responsible for identifying candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. Primarily interact with potential candidates personally or online, and schedule interviews with HR staff members. Responsible to maintain candidate database for mobilizations / New Business and pipeline for BAU and provide a strategic candidate sourcing service to The Talent Acquisition Function through using competitor intelligence and market insights, as well talent mapping. Using a data driven approach, you will be required to be proactive in interacting with interviewers, hiring managers, candidates, and the wider TA team.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    General:

    • Communicates with HR for the available positions and their requirements
    • Creates job postings and sends recruitment emails
    • Manages candidate interview schedule with HR
    • Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
    • Develops database for current and future hires
    • Crowdsources potential candidates
    • Coordinating with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements.
    • Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media
    • Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals
    • Identifying and screening potential candidates
    • Organizing and conducting online screening and interviews
    • Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
    • Measuring and recording conversion rates.
    • Follow-up on internal referrals
    • Develop a sourcing strategy
    • Generate candidate leads
    • Use technology and tools, such as candidate sourcing software
    • Proactively source candidates and conduct candidate outreach nationally
    • Provide analytics and reporting to T&R team leader

    Strategy:

    • Deliver role -specific sourcing strategies and other talent identification initiatives
    • Design search strategies and identify, map and pipeline or approach the spectrum of candidates that meet the various role requirements.
    • Identify target populations of candidates via the Tsebo Applicant tracking systems, online databases (such as LinkedIn), conference websites, Google searches, other search engines and information gleaned from other market research.
    • Conduct benchmark research to generate talent insights for decision making.
    • Provide support to the Talent and Resourcing Manager in building and launching key processes
    • Contribute to discussions on trends and identify gaps / high risks areas of concern following data analysis to allow the business to develop risk mitigation strategy in connection with recruitment.
    • Collaborate with the larger HR team to designing a knowledge management framework for all research work, drive efficiency, and ensure business continuity.
    • Adhoc reports/presentations on talent insights

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Experience as a seasoned talent sourcer

    • Advance research skills, curiosity, and initiative.
    • Business partnering and stakeholder management
    • Attention to detail and presentation skills (MS Office).
    • Ability to act with discretion regarding sensitive information and confidential intellectual property.
    • Strong organisational skills; including project management skills

    Qualifications    

    • National Diploma / Matric
    • Must have a relevant degree in HR, Business Administration

    • Experience in research, analysis and insights
    • Good commercial understanding and knowledge of various industries
    • Minimum 3 – 5 years recruitment experience in a large
    • organization preferably in a Services Industry
    • Experience in research, market mapping, and stakeholder management
    • Experienced LinkedIn user, as well as other search engines and talent tools
    • Research-driven with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and in a dynamic working environment.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate research within team and engage with candidates with varying professional levels.
    • Good commercial understanding and knowledge of various industries.
    • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and AI platforms.
    • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools.
    • Proven track record of current network LinkedIn connections etc.
