A Specialist Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Services Provider and Permanent Recruitment services organisation is seeking experienced Talent Sourcers (Recruitment Researchers) to join their amazing team.
Minimum Requirements:
2 -5 years as a Researcher / Sourcing Specialist
Bachelor’s degree
Advance experience with sourcing techniques and methodologies (online and off line)
Extensive experience on digital networking.
Presentation skills
Ability to conduct interviews
Experience with Boolean searchers is a must
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with Stakeholders to understand and qualify the key requirements of the position in order to find the right match
Identify the necessary non-negotiable screening criteria
Fully understand the core functions of the company and reporting structure / organogram
Design a sourcing strategy to ensure quick turnaround times.
Search for candidates by making use of modern sourcing techniques which includes but not limited to: x-ray searching, nested Boolean searches, social media searching, industry network/community searches, industry associations as well as searching on internal database and making use of traditional sourcing platforms.
Posting of adverts Crafting and sending recruitment emails.
Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media. Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals.
Identifying and screening potential candidates.
Proven experience with networking, name gathering and headhunting
Compile detailed research reports detailing the availability in the market.
Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
Build extensive talent maps to identify the potential talent gap combined with extensive research obtained through the mapping process.
Ability to present talent maps and findings to all stakeholders up to senior executives.
Setting up candidate interviews
Demonstrate initiative in follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained
Provide appropriate resolution for tasks or deadlines not met Support and drive the business core values
Maintain a positive attitude and respond openly to feedback
