Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a dynamic and energetic Junior Team Assistant to join their Cape Town-based team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience while providing essential administrative and operational support to the team.
Including but not limited to:
Managing the Cape Town team's calendar in collaboration with global offices
Arranging international travel, visas, and accommodation for the team
Handling expense management
Coordinating meeting rooms
Providing visitor hospitality
Supporting office administration in collaboration with the office manager
Onboarding new starters
Performing administrative tasks, such as uploading staff photos, verifying passports, and adding staff to social media platforms
