    Team Administrator

    About You
    The successful candidates will Manage a team of 15 Sales Consultants selling all our Hippo Advisory product offerings, whilst following the company’s sales processes, compliance, quality assurance and customer service guiding principles.

    Specification

    • Departmental support for Senior Managers, Heads, and that specific department’s employees including Managers, Team Leads and operational staff.
    • Planning, organising and managing meetings and events.
    • Preparing letter, presentations and reports.
    • Key contact person between the departmental employees and other area’s stakeholders.
    • Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
    • Taking action points and written minutes.
    • Arranging appointments.
    • Preparing Presentations and conducting research.
    • Maintaining diaries.
    • Typing documents.
    • Ad-hoc tasks as needed.

    Requirements
    Essential experience for the role includes:

    • 2-3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary/Office Manager

    Essential Qualifications For The Role Includes

    • Matric / SAQA accredited qualification*
    • Secretarial Diploma/Course
